Certificate Intercultural Competence

With the Certificate in Intercultural Competence, you can demonstrate your extracurricular involvement and expertise to your future employer.

The world is becoming increasingly globalised, and this is evident in all areas of life: your fellow student is from China, your girlfriend is from Spain, and your lecturer is from America.

During your work placement, you will often speak English with business partners, and your future colleagues will come from all over the world. Even in the most rural areas, you will need to rely on intercultural skills in a professional context.

How can you prepare for this and demonstrate your skills to future employers?

From now on, you have the opportunity to further your education by acquiring key intercultural skills alongside your degree programme.

The certificate comprises activities in the international sphere: stays abroad, participation in language courses, intercultural training, involvement in the integration of fellow students from abroad, etc.
