Deadlines
The nomination deadline is 15 November for the following summer semester and 15 June for the following winter semester.
The application deadline is 15 December for the following summer semester and 15 July for the following winter semester.
Application
Exchange students must first apply through their home university. Detailed information can be obtained from the International Office of your home institution.
After you have been selected by your home university, you must apply to Koblenz University of Applied Sciences. Students submit all required documents online via OLAT to the International Office. We will contact you in due time and assist you with the registration process in OLAT. Through OLAT, you will also receive all important information to help you get started with your semester abroad.
The following documents must be submitted via OLAT:
If you are applying from an EU country, please always use the Learning Agreement for EU students, even if you are not an EU citizen yourself.
Please upload these documents together with your current transcript of records to your personal OLAT folder.
For visiting students of the Fine Arts Glass and Ceramics programme:

by email to Patrizia Spieker – IKKG.
The International Office of Koblenz University of Applied Sciences will forward the documents to the respective departments for signature and will subsequently make the signed documents available for download in OLAT.
