Students at Hochschule Koblenz have the opportunity to enrich their studies with exciting experiences abroad. Our university of applied siences offers a variety of ways to gain international experience and promote both personal and professional development.

Students from abroad who wish to come to Koblenz receive support with their application, choice of study programme and arrival in Koblenz – for example, through the buddy programme. During your studies, we offer free German language courses to help you improve your language skills. Contact persons are also available during your studies: if a problem cannot be solved directly, they will refer you to someone who can help.

During their studies, students have the opportunity to participate in exchange programmes with partner universities worldwide. This allows students to spend one or more semesters abroad, get to know new cultures and expand their specialist knowledge in an international environment. We also provide support with applications for scholarships and funding programmes to minimise financial barriers.

Practical experience abroad can also be gained through an internship abroad – a valuable opportunity to improve career prospects and develop intercultural skills.
